Pavilion Rules
- The RBB pavilion has no official reservation policy.
- If a resident would like to use the pavilion for a function, the resident should post a sign/flyer on the pavilion a day or two prior to the function indicating the date and time the resident plans to utilize the pavilion.
- A resident can arrive a couple hours in advance to start placing items to hold the space.
- The normal pool and tennis court policies still apply.
- Please clean up the pavilion and surrounding area after each use.
