Garage Sales
- The association shall sponsor two community-wide garage sales per year, one in the spring and one in the fall.
- They will be advertised by the association.
- There shall be no other sales allowed in the neighborhood other than a sale of a home.
Pets
- The Allen County Ordinance requires all pets to be contained in the resident's yard or to be leashed.
- All pets must be on a leash when they are walked.
- In respect of your neighbors, you are asked to carry a plastic bag with you when walking your pet, and pick-up the waste, not only from neighbor's yards, but also from all common areas in the association.
- Dogs should not be left outside for extended periods of time if they are barking.
Pool Keys
- All residents receive one key when moving into the association.
- This key works for both the pools and the tennis courts.
- Letting someone else borrow your key will result in deactivation of the homeowners key.
- A new key can be purchased for $10.00 but your old key will be deactivated.
