Q: How do I get a key to the pool and tennis courts:
A: Contact a member of the Swimming Pool Committee (see Committees tab) to request a new key. If this is a replacement key for one that was lost or misplaced, you will be charged a $10.00 fee. The old key will be deactivated so it cannot be used by anyone else.
Q: My pool/tennis court key does not work. What do I do?
A: Call a member of the Swimming Pool Committee (see Committees tab).
Q: If I want to add a deck to my house or am interested in getting a shed or outbuilding, or make any other changes to the exterior of my home, what should I do first?
A: Complete the architectural request form (see link on Architectural Guidelines tab) and return it to a member of the Architectural Committee. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact a member of the Architectural Committee (see Committees tab).
Q: I have seen some suspicious activity in the neighborhood or want to report vandalism. What should I do?
A: First, call the Allen County Sheriff's office (449-3000). Then, call one of the RBB Board Members (see Board Members tab).
Q: Is there a way that I can be notified by e-mail if something important is happening in River Bend Bluffs?
A: Yes. You may send your e-mail address to riverbendbluffs@gmail.com. You will only be contacted if there is information the Board believes is important to you, such as reports of break-ins or vandalism, upcoming public board meetings, work days, garage sales, snow plowing advisories, other RBB projects, etc.
Q: How do I get to know my RBB neighbors better and/or help beautify our neighborhood and get involved?
A: The RBB Board is always looking for residents who would like to help with special projects in our neighborhood. Contact a Board Member (see Board Members tab) for more information. Opportunities include delivering newsletters to your neighbors, helping with landscaping at the front entrance or around the pool area, helping with other maintenance projects, joining the Board or one of the committees, etc.
Q: When are my annual association dues due and how are they used?
A: An invoice for association dues is mailed to every resident in January. The invoice is due no later than the last day of February. Please mail dues to 10934 River Rapids Run, Fort Wayne, IN 46845. If dues are not paid by the end of February, late dues incur interest & fees and additional attorney's fees may be incurred for collection and a lien can be put on your property.
Association dues are used to maintain the common areas, utilities and amenities of RBB. Some of the major expenditures include common land landscaping and maintenance, the pool complex, tennis courts, pavilion, playground, nature areas and pond maintenance.
